Default Reward for dedicating a Minipet?

So I have a undedicated mini roller beetle and was wondering what reward I would get with it if I dedicated it in my HOM or if I should just sell it?
Thanks

No one knows what benefit putting minis into your HOM will bring in GW2. But, ANet has stated that there will be a time limit after the release of GW2 for a player to accrue those benefits.

I don't think the rewards will be determined by WHAT minipet you put in your HoM just how MANY. You could put 20 white minis or 20 asian minis and you will probably get the same reward.

Don't dedicate a mini like that.

Dedicating a mini right now means only that you lose half of its worth...

So just dedicate 20 of the cheapest minis in your halls.

Unless you are so freaking rich and you put the 20 most expensive. That'd be cool.

...or are one of those wierdos who thinks that the best of your best, and not just any old junk that technically qualifies, is what should be shown in your Hall, of course.

If you like your mini pets and feel like collecting them for yourself, dedicate them and see what you get for the trouble.

If the only reason you are collecting them is to sell them for a small profit, sell them.

...Up to you to decide which and why.

Well if you have a mini-pet you want to dedicate you probably have it because you like it, not because you want to make money out of it. So dedicate would be no problem.

I have one or two minipets i've bought, because i like them next to me. Who cares if it says 'dedicated' in my inventory. As long they do not change visually ingame they keep their purpose (imo a minipet is a graphical treat, for fun), right?

I'm glad that Anet promotes equality, at least for minipets.

I don't think there will be any rewards for which mini you put in hom, you just need to put 20 of them. I am not sure though, but I wouldn't put roller beetle there, I would sell it and with that money you can buy 20 regular pets ( I mean bday presents) and have plenty to spear.

The best of the best you say huh?

Hmm let's see, mini Kanaxai, mini Panda, mini IG, mini Vizu, mini Shiro'ken, mini Zhed, Naga, Oni, Yeti, Roller Beetle, Polar Bear, mini Ghostly Hero, King Thorn, maybe also Mallyx and Kuun.

The 15 most expensive qualify as the best for you? So how much money you say you need? 30k ectos?

YEAH RIGHT.

I say you put the ones you like in a decent range of price, and then, if you really want to fill it, put whatever. No way you're getting that much money to even buy those pets that will give you the same reward that any player with a hall full of whites will.

Is there any official confirmation on this? If so, link please.

If not I still think there will be 'a small thing' in GW2 for each thing you put in HoM, not just for the displayed or needed ones (as in each minipet (all 60+) gives you something, not just any 20 needed to fill the statue).

I think the question you should ask yourself OP is if you want to keep the mini (do you like it??) or do you need the cash you can get from selling it....
do YOU want to keep it or not?
we have no real idea what a filled HoM will get us in gw2...so no use in worrying about it----or what having certain minis will do either.

I was merely commenting on the use of "white" and "Asian".

As there isn't an actual answer for this since we don't know much about GW2, closed.
